Put your training on your own website, with two lines of code
Show your training as cards on your own website and let learners sign in there to see their certificates. Two lines of code, no iframe, no LMS.
On this page
Most training ends up somewhere your learners never visit. It sits in an LMS with its own login, or in a folder of links someone emails round. Your learners, though, already know your website. That is where they look for you.
So Reigniter's interactive training can now live there too. Paste two lines of code into any page of your site and your training appears as cards. Learners sign in on the same page and see their certificates. We make Reigniter, so this is a product note: what it does, how to set it up, and where it stops.
What your learners see
Two pieces, and you can use either on its own:
- Your training list. Each module is a card with its picture, the number of parts, the minutes it takes and a start button. Pressing start opens the interactive player, where the presenter teaches, the questions are asked and the answers are scored.
- Their certificates. A learner types their email, gets a six-digit code, and sees every certificate they have earned with you. They also see the training they started and did not finish, so they can carry on where they stopped.
The certificate is yours, not ours. It carries your logo, a signature, up to four accreditation badges and a footer line you choose. Each one has a number and a public verify link, so an employer or an auditor can check it is real without calling you.
Setting it up
It takes four clicks and one paste:
- Open Interactive Training > Training Dashboard and select Website.
- List the websites the training will appear on, one per line, for example
https://www.yourcompany.com. - Select Create my website key.
- Copy the code and paste it into your page.
The code looks like this:
Add data-accent="#0f766e" to match your brand colour, or data-target="_self" to open
training in the same tab. See it on a sample page shows you the result before you touch
your own site. The full reference is in the docs:
Training on your website (SDK).
No website to edit? Use your own address
Not everyone can paste code into their site. Maybe the site belongs to an agency, or it runs on a builder that will not take a script. For that, every Interactive Training and Agency account can claim one address of its own: your-name.reigniter.ai.
Type a name in the Website window. A checker tells you straight away whether it is free, and suggests others if it is not. Claim it, and learners open that address to see your training list and sign in to their certificates. Links from there stay on your address.
You choose who sees the list:
- Signed-in learners only (the default). Each learner sees only their own courses and certificates.
- Anyone with the address. The list is public. Client names are never shown.
Built for trainers with clients
If you train other companies' staff, each client can have its own list. Put the client's code on the page and only their modules show:
Your clients can also have their own login. They see the same Training Dashboard you do (who started, who passed, time on each page), but only for their own people, and they cannot change anything.
A worked example
Say you run first-aid and manual-handling courses for three care homes. Today the courses are a PDF each and a sign-in sheet.
- Import the PDFs. Import many turns each one into a module with a presenter, sections and questions. You check the scripts and generate the videos.
- Add the care homes as clients. Each module is filed under the home it belongs to.
- Put the list on your site. One "Courses" page with the catalog code. Each care home also gets its own page on your site with its client code, so their staff see only their courses.
- Send people to one place. Staff open your website, start the course, and sign in with their email when they finish. Their certificate, with your logo and accreditation badges, waits on the same page.
- Give each home a login. The manager signs in and sees which of their staff have passed, who has started but not finished, and how long people spent on each page.
Nothing in that list needed an LMS, a developer, or a second website.
How it keeps your learners' data safe
- The key only works on your sites. It is public on purpose, because it sits in your page. A call from any page you did not list is refused.
- No cookies cross sites. The widget holds the learner's sign-in itself. That sign-in lasts 30 days and reads one learner's training with one trainer, nothing more.
- Codes are single use. A sign-in code expires after 15 minutes, and five wrong tries burn it.
Where it stops
Being straight about the edges:
- It shows training; it does not host your whole academy. There is no forum, no payments and no course catalogue search. For those you still want a full LMS, and our SCORM 1.2 export works with one.
- Your own domain name is not supported yet. You get your website (through the SDK) or
your-name.reigniter.ai. A custom address such as
training.yourcompany.comis not available today. - It needs the Interactive Training or Agency plan. See pricing for what each includes.
Try it
If you already have a rendered module, it takes about five minutes. Open the training platform to see what a module looks like, or start free and build your first one.
