How Reigniter works
Reigniter is one system for the jobs other products sell separately: the advert, the presenter, the editor, scored training and publishing. A photo, a URL or a brief becomes the film. A language cut is a new render for that market. A flow can then post that cut live to LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram, now or at a time you set. A TikTok post from a flow lands in your TikTok drafts. Training scores answers, issues your certificate, sends a share link or SCORM, and shows every learner on the dashboard. On Agency, each client has that dashboard and pages that wear your brand.
It is one workspace for the jobs those products each sell on their own: product ads, stills, presenters, scored training and publishing. Then a flow can run the language cuts onto the calendar, and the Results dashboard reads each network’s own numbers. It is not a paid-ad buyer, and it does not invent a return-on-ad-spend number.
You stop paying four tools to write, shoot, edit and post. One system makes the advert, the language cut and the feed cut, then a flow can post it live. The Results dashboard then reads each network’s own reporting into one screen: Instagram and Facebook likes and comments, share-link views, clicks and completion. TikTok and LinkedIn stats wait on those platforms’ approval. We do not invent a return-on-ad-spend number for you.
Yes. Results is one dashboard for every post you published through Reigniter. It reads each platform’s own reporting — never a number we invent. Instagram and Facebook send likes and comments. Your share links send views, clicks and how many watched to the end. TikTok and LinkedIn stats arrive once those platforms approve video reading. YouTube views arrive when YouTube is open to every account.
No. The brief becomes a scene plan on the node canvas. Presenters, stills and the camera move live on those scenes. The clips finish on a timeline in the same workspace. You are not stitching four products together.
Paste a product page or upload a photo. Render a language cut for each market — over 80 languages, a new picture, the presenter’s mouth matching the words. A Publish step can then put that cut on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram now or at a time you set, while you are not in the app. A TikTok post from a flow lands in your drafts for you to finish.
Yes, on Pro and above. Render the cut for each language, then a Publish step posts it to LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram now or at a time you set. A TikTok post from a flow lands in your TikTok drafts. YouTube is not open to every account yet. Paid ads are not part of this.
From the same canvas. Choose a track from the library, one you generated, or one you upload, and it is mixed under the picture. Nothing is sent to a second music product.
You design the module. Learners answer on the slide, a right answer moves on and a wrong one recaps. A pass mark issues your certificate, with a number and a public verify link. Send a share link, put the course on your own site, or export SCORM 1.2. The dashboard shows who started, who passed, scores and time on each page. A client admin can sign in read-only to their own people.
No. On the Agency plan an agent can start a render and check whether it finished. Scheduling is done in Reigniter. A webhook can tell your own server that a render finished or a post went out. That message is the event, not a view count.
Output made on the free tier carries a visible Reigniter watermark and machine-readable AI-provenance metadata. Paid plans remove the visible watermark; the provenance metadata stays on every plan.
You own what you upload and what you generate, so far as the law allows ownership of AI output. We claim no rights in it, and we do not use your content to train models unless you switch that option on.
If a generation fails through our fault, the credits return to your balance automatically. Credits are non-refundable once a job has completed, because the compute they paid for has been used. You can cancel a subscription at any time and it runs to the end of the paid period.
Every file we deliver is marked in its metadata as AI-generated. Where you publish it, you are responsible for any disclosure the law requires of you, for example under the EU AI Act where content could be taken for genuine footage. Do not remove the provenance marking.
Your own, or one you are authorised to work on. Impersonating a real business or public figure for deception is prohibited under the terms, and prompts are screened automatically before generation.
Credits, plans and refunds
Credits are how everything in Reigniter is priced. Every priced action shows its credit cost before you run it, and credits are taken when the job starts. A standard advert is about 5 credits. The cost of a training module depends on how long the presenter speaks, and the planner shows it before anything runs.
If a generation fails through our fault, the credits return to your balance automatically. Credits are non-refundable once a job has completed, because the compute they paid for has been used.
Yes. Cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. If you are a consumer you also have a 14-day right to cancel a new purchase; unused credits from that purchase remain refundable in those 14 days.
A free taste, with no card and no trial clock: posters, brand kits, brand guidelines and one short draft video scene of your own product. Paid plans unlock full-quality video, longer films and 1080p. On every plan, output carries an invisible digital watermark marking it as AI-made, as the law requires.
For two months. Every credit, from your plan or a top-up, stays on your account for two months from the day it arrives, and the oldest credits are always used first. Anything still unused after two months expires. Subscribers can top up inside the app at any time. Credits you already held on 11 October 2026 count from that day.
Your own currency. The card shows a fixed price in pounds, US dollars, euros, yen, Australian or Canadian dollars, rupees or reais; anywhere else, checkout converts it into your currency before you pay. In the United Kingdom and the United States the card price is the whole price. Everywhere else the card price is before tax, and any VAT or sales tax due where you live is added at checkout, shown before you pay. Billed monthly in advance. In the United Kingdom and the United States you buy directly from us, Flittor Ltd, and your card statement shows REIGNITER; everywhere else our merchant of record, Link by Stripe, is named at checkout and your card statement shows ONELINK* REIGNITER.
Adverts
Product ad, UGC talking-head, testimonial, unboxing, short-form vertical, faceless voiceover, website to advert, YouTube Short clone, static image ads, interactive HTML ads and web adverts.
No. One product photo and a logo are enough. Bring footage if you have it and the canvas uses it.
Every action shows its credit price on the button before it runs, and a failed render is refunded. Plans and credits are on the pricing page.
Film
Yes. Styled worlds are built around your product photo, so the pack, the label and the shape stay yours while the world around them changes.
Yes. Character stories and mascot series keep one consistent character from scene to scene and advert to advert.
Spots run from a single clip to multi-scene films, and long-form is built in passes so ninety seconds stays coherent.
Motion graphics
No. It is rendered from code on our own compute, which is why the type is always exactly what you typed.
Yes. Brand adverts cut kinetic type against b-roll, and motion pieces can sit inside any advert on the canvas.
Yes. Open the motion editor, change what you need and re-render.
Brands
Yes. Upload your logo and set your colours and fonts, or have Reigniter read them from your website.
The mark is proposed as shapes, cut to transparency, and the name is set in real type, so it scales and it spells correctly.
Yes. Keep several brands on one account, each with its own logo, colours and fonts, and choose the brand for each video.
Presenters
Your face, yes: a digital twin from your own photo or footage, with consent. Voices come from the library; Reigniter does not clone voices. Recasting third-party adverts is not allowed.
Over 80. A language cut is a new render, so the presenter’s mouth matches the words. Nine languages use the standard voice. The rest use the premium voice, and the price is shown before you render.
Yes. Dubbed cuts are lip-synced to the new language, with captions.
Campaigns
A set of linked adverts, from awareness to conversion, that share one story and one brand, each a full multi-scene advert.
Keep a separate brand kit for each client and choose it for each video, so every advert renders on the right brand. Separate client workspaces and team seats are not available yet.
The competitor scanner reads public adverts from the Meta Ad Library.
Promote
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. YouTube joins when Google finishes reviewing our app. You connect each account yourself.
No. Posts go out only when you, or an automation you built, schedule them, and every scheduled post shows on the calendar.
Instagram and Facebook report likes and comments. TikTok and LinkedIn do not report stats yet. Share links report views, clicks and completion. We do not invent a return-on-ad-spend figure.
Not yet for every account. Publishing is organic posting to the accounts you connect, included on Pro and above.
Training
No. Reigniter is the platform: your team builds, edits and publishes its own modules, and owns them.
Yes. Paste two lines of code into any page and your courses show as cards, with learners signing in there to see their certificates. Or claim your own address at your-name.reigniter.ai.
Modules export as SCORM 1.2 packages that your LMS marks, and statements can go to your LRS over xAPI.
No. Every module has its own player behind a link, learners sign in with an emailed code, and your dashboard shows who started, passed and failed.
Yes. Invite a client admin and they sign in to the same dashboard you use, read-only, showing only their own people and modules.
Up to 150 steps per module on the Interactive and Agency plans. Longer documents are split into parts.
Editor
Yes, on the Agency plan. Reigniter runs as an MCP server, so an agent like Claude can start an advert and check whether the render finished. It cannot publish or schedule the video.
Yes. The developer API is on the Agency plan, with keys, renders and job status over HTTP.
Start a render from a trigger in another tool and send the finished file on, for example to storage or a publishing step.
Choosing an engine
It reads each shot and sends it to the model that fits: people to a people model, a speaking presenter to a lip-sync model, your product and logo to a reference model, and lettering or diagrams to the Motion Editor. The model used is shown on the node once it renders.
Yes. Every video scene has a model picker. Pick any model in it and Reigniter renders, and bills, that one. Our recommendation for the shot is marked.
The shot is retried once on a model from a different family, so one provider outage does not stop your render. A prompt a provider refused is never retried elsewhere.
No. You pay Reigniter in credits, the price is shown before you run anything, and a failed render is not charged.
Still images in the image generator, Flux included, on your starter credits. Video, voice in a video and presenters start on Pro.
No. Reigniter is an independent product. The models on this page are third-party models reached through our providers' APIs, and their names belong to their owners.
