앱 내 설정이나 reigniter.ai 에서 '계정 삭제'를 선택하세요. 즉시 로그아웃되며, 30일 이내에 계정, 프로젝트, 동영상 및 업로드, 브랜드 키트, 그리고 연결된 모든 계정 토큰을 실시간 시스템에서 삭제합니다. 유료 요금제는 먼저 해지되므로 추가 요금이 청구되지 않습니다. 로그인할 수 없으면 계정 주소로 이메일 [email protected] 보내시면 저희가 동일하게 처리해 드립니다. 데이터베이스 백업의 복사본은 백업 만료 시 12개월 이내에 덮어쓰이며, 삭제된 계정을 복구하는 데 사용되지 않습니다. 송장과 결제 기록은 예외인데, 영국 법에 따라 6년간 보관해야 하기 때문입니다.

In the app, open Automations, find the platform under Connectors and choose Disconnect. We delete that account's access token straight away, and nothing more is posted to it, including posts that were scheduled. Your posts and their history stay in Reigniter, so connecting the same account again carries on where you left off; to have that history deleted as well, email [email protected]. You can also remove Reigniter from the platform's own settings, which stops our access at once: for Google and YouTube at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions; for TikTok in the app under Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services permissions; for LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/permitted-services; for Facebook and Instagram at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools. Removing access on the platform makes our copy of the token useless. To erase it from our systems too, disconnect in the app or email us.
