Publish one video to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
How Reigniter Publishing posts one finished film to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn from one page. Organic posts, not paid ads.
On this page
A product film is not finished when the last scene renders. It is finished when it is on the channels you already pay to keep: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Most AI video tools stop at the download button. The ones that go further often steer you into their ad account and take a cut of spend.
Reigniter's Publishing page is the other job. You connect the accounts you own, pick a finished video from the canvas, and post it — now or on a date — without leaving the app. We make Reigniter, so this is a product note, not a survey. What follows is what the page actually does, what it does not, and why we built it that way.
Key takeaways
- One film, then a publishing pass. The canvas still makes the advert. Publishing is the step that puts that file on the channels you already run.
- Five destinations, named. YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. Not thirteen networks, not a reseller in the middle.
- Each post is its own post. You fill the composer once. Each platform still gets a separate send, with that platform's title, caption and privacy rules. One refusal does not unwind the rest.
- Organic here; paid Meta next door. Publishing does not take a cut of spend. Paid Meta campaigns are scheduled from Ad campaigns. Zeely's FAQ allows up to 12% when they launch.
- Pro and above. Publishing is not on the free plan. Video rendering is not either.
If you only needed the download, you can stop at the MP4. If you needed the film and the posting pass from the same kit, this is the loop.
What "a publishing campaigner" actually is
People type "publish to TikTok and Instagram at once" and mean three different products.
- A download pack. Several aspect ratios in a zip. You still open five apps.
- A paid ads launcher. The tool opens Ads Manager (or a white-label of it) and spends your budget, often for a fee on top of the subscription.
- An organic poster. The tool uses the access you gave it to put the video on the accounts you connected, as you, at the time you chose.
Reigniter Publishing is (3). Ad campaigns is (2) for Meta, with no percentage of spend — you pick the date, the audience and the budget. Campaign series and the campaign pack are closer to (1): one brief becomes a linked funnel and a set of cuts. Mixing those jobs up is how a comparison page starts lying.
The Zeely-shaped product is also (2). Their homepage pitch is create, launch and scale winning ads. Their own pricing FAQ, read on 6 October 2026, says running ads on Facebook and Instagram can add up to 12% on top of the plan. That is a real product. The fee is the difference. The longer split is in Zeely alternatives.
The pass, step by step
This is the sequence we actually use after a film is signed off.
1. Finish the video on the canvas. Publishing lists finished canvases and render jobs. A draft with no output cannot be posted, which is the honest empty state — not a greyed button that fails later.
2. Open Publishing. Connect YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and a Meta login that covers Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. Each connect is the platform's own sign-in. We store the token encrypted. We use it to show the connected name, handle and picture, to read the posting options that platform allows, to upload the videos you choose, and to check whether each post went live. We do not read your other posts, DMs or audience.
3. Fill the composer. Pick the video. Pick the account (or send the same video to each connected account as its own post). Edit the title where the platform wants one. Edit the caption the page drafted. Set privacy where the platform requires it — TikTok in particular has no silent default, because their audit does not allow one.
4. Post now, or pick a date. A scheduled post sits in the same list. The server sends it at that time. You can see scheduled, posting, posted and failed in one place instead of five native inboxes.
5. Stay the publisher. You are responsible for the caption, for the platform's terms, and for any label the law or the network requires (branded content, AI-generated media). Every file we deliver is already marked in its metadata as AI-generated. Do not strip that mark.
That is the whole campaigner: fill it once, send it out, watch the list.
Why each destination is still a separate post
"All at once" is a useful phrase and a bad API. YouTube wants a title and will sit a video
on private until you open it. TikTok wants a privacy choice from the options that creator
is allowed, and may send the clip to an inbox instead of the public feed. LinkedIn, Facebook
and Instagram each cap captions differently. Instagram can take minutes to appear after
media_publish returns.
If we wrapped those five calls in one transaction, a TikTok privacy miss would block a YouTube upload that had already succeeded, or we would have to invent a rollback YouTube does not offer. So the composer fills once — same video, same caption as a starting point — and each platform still gets its own send. The list is where you see that YouTube is live and TikTok is still processing. That is slower to brag about than "one click, five networks." It is what actually happens when those networks are real.
Aspect ratio is the same kind of honesty. A 9:16 walk-and-talk belongs on TikTok and Reels. A 16:9 product film belongs on YouTube. Publishing will not secretly crop a wide film into a story because you ticked Instagram. Cut the version on the canvas (campaign pack, or a second render at the right frame), then post that file to that channel.
What this is not
Spell these out, because they are the claims that get a publishing page into trouble.
- Not a paid ads manager. This page has no budget and no ad set. Facebook and Instagram here are organic posts to the Page or professional account you connected. Paid Meta campaigns are scheduled from Ad campaigns. We will not dress this poster as that.
- Not thirteen networks. YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. If a comparison table says "all the socials," it is counting tools we did not build.
- Not posting without you. Nothing goes out until you choose the video, the account and the time. Automations you build can call the same posting path; they still post as you, to accounts you connected.
- Not a substitute for the brand kit. Publishing will happily send a film whose label melted. The lock happens on the canvas, in how to make on-brand video ads with AI. Get the stills right, then post.
Where it sits in the stack
The rest of Reigniter is the reason this page is short. AI video and campaign series make the artefact. The brand kit keeps the logo, palette and product photo identical from still to motion to training. Publishing is the last mile for people who already own the channels and do not want a second vendor taking a cut of the spend just to put a file on them.
A reasonable stack is still mixed. Some teams will generate a UGC talking-head in Zeely or Creatify for a Meta test this week, and keep packshots, presenters and training here, then post the Reigniter film from Publishing. That is a grown-up setup. What is not grown-up is claiming one product does the other's paid-launch job.
A checklist before you hit Post
- The video in the picker is the cut for that channel's aspect, not a hope that the network will crop it kindly.
- Every connected account is the brand's account, not a personal profile you do not mean to post from.
- Captions were edited. A draft is a starting point, not a publish.
- TikTok privacy is a choice you made, not a blank we filled.
- Branded-content and AI labels are on where the platform or the law wants them.
- You can say, out loud, what happens if one of the five fails. (The others stay up. You retry the failed one.)
Then send it. Publishing is on Pro and above. The try for the film itself is five free credits for stills and the kit; video and posting start when you are on a paid plan.
