Reigniter is priced in plans and credits. The plan sets what you can make; credits pay for each thing you make. This page lists every plan, explains what a credit buys and covers the parts people usually ask about afterwards: top-ups, refunds and cancelling. Every number here comes from our live pricing page as of 6 October 2026.

Key takeaways

  • Four plans: free, Pro at $30, Interactive Training at $149 and Agency at $199 a month.
  • A standard advert is about 5 credits. A premium cinematic advert uses more.
  • Every priced action shows its credit cost before it runs.
  • Failed generations are refunded automatically when the failure is ours.
  • Top-ups are for subscribers: 40, 100 or 200 credits, lasting 12 months.
  • No annual lock-in and no trial that renews into a paid plan.

How much does Reigniter cost?

Reigniter costs nothing to start and $30 a month for video. Here are the four plans, in US dollars, billed monthly:

PlanPrice a monthCreditsStorageBest for
Starter (free)$05 at signupDownload onlyTrying stills, brand kits and one short draft video scene
Pro$3048 a month5 GBVideo adverts on your own brand, about 9 a month
Interactive Training$149238 a month50 GBTraining modules for your LMS or a tracked share link
Agency$199318 a month100 GBAdverts and training for client work, about 63 adverts a month

The advert counts are averages at about 5 credits per advert. The free plan's 5 credits are a one-off grant at signup; the paid plans' credits arrive monthly.

What each plan includes

Starter (free) is a taste, with no card: posters, brand kits, brand guidelines and one short draft video scene of your own product. Output carries a visible Reigniter watermark.

Pro ($30) adds video rendering without a watermark, with your brand kit applied to every render. This is the plan for a small brand making its own adverts. Meta campaigns, where they are open to your account, start on Pro.

Interactive Training ($149) adds interactive training modules with branching, quizzes and a pass mark, SCORM 1.2 export for your LMS, xAPI statements to your own LRS, output at 1080p and above, premium voices in 70+ languages and a priority render queue. See employee training.

Agency ($199) includes everything in Interactive Training plus campaign series (one brief, a linked funnel of adverts) and developer API and MCP access.

What does a credit buy?

Credits are how everything in Reigniter is priced. The button for each priced action shows its cost before you press it, and credits are taken when the job starts.

What you makeTypical cost
A standard advertAbout 5 credits
A premium cinematic advertMore than a standard advert; the exact cost is on the button
A training moduleDepends on how long the presenter speaks; the planner shows it before anything runs

We do not publish a fixed price per scene or per image, because the cost follows the work: a longer film or a higher-quality tier costs more, and the price is always shown first. Checking storyboard frames before rendering the video is the cheapest way to catch a problem.

How do top-ups work?

If you run out mid-month, subscribers can top up inside the app:

Top-upPrice
40 credits$26
100 credits$64
200 credits$128

Top-ups do not change your plan, and top-up credits last 12 months. They are priced so that upgrading your plan is always the better deal if you regularly need more. Top-ups are for subscribers only; the free plan moves to a paid plan instead.

You can also add extra monthly credits when you choose a paid plan, in steps of 100, priced at that plan's own rate. The plan card shows the total before you pay.

Refunds, cancelling and currency

  • Failed jobs: if a generation fails through our fault, the credits return to your balance automatically.
  • Completed jobs: credits are non-refundable once a job has completed, because the compute they paid for has been used.
  • Cancelling: cancel any time. Future charges stop and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Consumers also have a 14-day right to cancel a new purchase.
  • Currency and tax: the checkout may show your local currency, and that price is the whole price, with any VAT or sales tax already inside it. Billing is monthly in advance through our merchant of record, named at checkout.

Costs that sit outside Reigniter

One cost is not ours. Meta ad spend for campaigns you launch runs on your own Meta ad account, so Meta bills it to you directly. A campaign is created paused, and nothing spends until you switch it on and confirm.

Which plan should you choose?

  • Just exploring: start on the free plan and build your brand kit.
  • Making your own adverts: Pro, about 9 standard adverts a month.
  • Training staff, partners or customers: Interactive Training.
  • Running adverts and training for clients: Agency.

How does that compare?

Plans across this category are not like for like, because a credit buys different amounts in each tool. Compare on the job you need done, not on the headline price. Our comparisons read each vendor's own pricing page on 6 October 2026: Creatify alternatives for brand-consistent ads and Synthesia alternatives for training videos. Frequently asked questions

There is a free plan rather than a trial: 5 credits at signup, no card and no trial clock, so nothing renews into a paid plan. Free output carries a visible Reigniter watermark.
