Is there a free trial?

There is a free plan rather than a trial: 5 credits at signup, no card and no trial clock, so nothing renews into a paid plan. Free output carries a visible Reigniter watermark.

Do Reigniter credits expire?

Plan credits stay on your account and are not expired at the end of the month. Top-up credits last 12 months from purchase.

What happens if a render fails?

If a generation fails through our fault, the credits return to your balance automatically. Credits are non-refundable once a job has completed, because the compute they paid for has been used.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Consumers also have a 14-day right to cancel a new purchase, and unused credits from that purchase remain refundable in those 14 days.

Is there an annual plan?

No. Every plan is billed monthly in advance. There is no annual discount to lock you in.

Which plan do I need for training videos?

Interactive Training at $149 a month, or Agency at $199. Both include interactive modules, SCORM 1.2 export, xAPI and the tracked share link. Pro is for adverts and does not include interactive training.

Reigniter has four plans in US dollars: a free plan with 5 credits at signup and no card, Pro at $30 a month with 48 credits, Interactive Training at $149 a month with 238 credits, and Agency at $199 a month with 318 credits. A standard advert is about 5 credits. Subscribers can top up with 40 credits for $26, 100 for $64 or 200 for $128.
